Owner and stylist Riley Boza combines artistry, education, and heart to deliver beautiful, seamless transformations that last. Her passion lies in helping women feel seen, valued, and effortlessly confident.

Frequently asked questions

  • A valid card is required on file to reserve your appointment. Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services.

    No-shows will be charged 100% of the total service amount. To book a new appointment after a no-show or late cancellation, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your spot. This deposit will be applied toward your future appointment.

    Running Late?
    I completely understand that things happen! If you’re running behind, I’ll do my best to accommodate you. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late may require shortening your service (for example, skipping a blow dry, cut, or style) or rescheduling — in which case, the late cancellation policy will apply.

  • To reserve your appointment, a valid card is required on file. Your card will never be charged without your consent, and all payments are collected at the end of your service. I accept card, cash, or check — though card is preferred for convenience.

    All transactions are processed securely through Comb Works, my trusted booking and payment system. I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please note that sales tax applies only to retail product purchases.

    For added flexibility, I also offer buy now, pay later options including Afterpay, Cherry, Klarna, and Affirm, so you can invest in your dream hair with confidence and pay over time.

  • Services
    At RF Artistry Hair Studio, my goal is to deliver the hair of your dreams every time you sit in my chair. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your results, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so I can make any necessary adjustments.
    Please note — refunds are not offered on services, but I’m always happy to work with you to ensure you love your hair.

    I want you to love every product you take home! If you’re not satisfied, I’ll gladly offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is gently used or in sellable condition.
