Whats your cancellation Policy?
I do require a card on file to hold your appointment. Please allow 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. All cancellations or reschedules less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
No shows will be charged 100% of all services scheduled. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required prior booking another appointment in order to reserve a spot. This 25% deposit will go toward your scheduled appointment.
Running late? If you are running behind, I will do my best to accommodate you and your appointment. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may need to give up a portion of your service (ex; blow dry, cut, styling, etc,) or you can reschedule but my 'late cancellation policy' will be applied.
How can I Pay?
In order to hold your appointment, I require a card on file. Your card will never be charged without your consent. Payments will be taken at the end of the service. Card, cash, or check accepted. Card is preferred. My processing and booking system, Gloss Genius, is used for card transactions! I accept Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay! Taxes are only applied to retail products.
Do you take evening and weekend clients?
As of right now, I am no longer accepting new evening or weekend clients. Majority of my weekends and evenings book out months in advance. However, feel free to add yourself to my cancellation list just incase someone reschedules!
What is your refund policy?
Services: I strive to give you the hair of your dreams. However, If you are dissatisfied your hair, I ask that you get in touch with the me within 7 days of your scheduled appointment to make any adjustments necessary. No refunds will be given on services.
Products: I will gladly refund or exchange products within 30 day’s of purchase.
